Nebraska Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume 104!
If you are a Nebraska Law student in the classes of 2025, 2026, or 2027, your seminar papers, case notes, and other academic research papers are eligible for publication!
All submissions will be reviewed anonymously for consideration of publication in the Nebraska Law Review. Email articles of at least 3,500 words as a Word document directly to Christopher Thorpe, Editor-in-Chief, at cthorpe5@huskers.unl.edu.
Submissions received by January 20, 2025, will be considered for publication in Nebraska Law Review 104:1, but if you’re not able to meet that deadline, don’t hesitate to send your work at any time—it will remain in the pool of articles considered for later issues of Volume 104.
