The Nebraska Law Review Symposium is an annual event coordinated by the Symposium Editor and a Faculty Chair. Each year, the Nebraska Law Review selects a topic and a Faculty Chair to engage leading scholars, practitioners, and law students nationwide in dialogue to exchange ideas on a topical issue in the legal community. The Symposium allows the Nebraska and national legal communities to explore problems relevant to social groups represented in the current legal dialogue and those not. Following the Symposium, participating authors write articles featured in a symposium issue on an upcoming Nebraska Law Review volume.
